Kids and Youth Programming

Feel like a circus performer in our programming for students ages 6 to 14!

All kids and youth classes are offered in a 4-week session format. Each class meets once per week at the same time for four consecutive weeks. This format allows for more personalized instruction, opportunities to learn alongside other students of the same level, and offers a chance to build friendships with fellow classmates. 

We recommend starting with either our Kids Beginner Sling 4-Week Session for ages 6-10 or our Youth Beginner Sling 4-Week Session for ages 10-14.

4-Week Sessions

  • Kids Beginner Sling

    Learn to fly in this 4-week session designed for ages 6 to 10! We'll cover the basics of aerial sling and learn new skills in a safe and fun environment.

    Offered Sundays from 11:00-11:50 a.m.

  • Kids Intermediate Sling

    Fly higher in this intermediate-level session designed for ages 6 to 10! We’ll continue building our skills to climb higher off the ground and learn more complicated tricks.

    Prerequisite: kids should attend at least 8 beginner classes or a beginners session and be able to do double circus sit, candy cane wrap, and triangle without assistance.

    Offered Fridays frm 4:00-4:50 p.m.

  • Youth Beginner Sling

    Learn to fly in this 4-week session designed for ages 10 to 14! We'll cover the basics of aerial sling and learn new skills in a safe and fun environment.

    Offered Saturdays from 11:00-11:50 a.m.

  • Youth Intermediate Sling

    Fly higher in this intermediate-level session designed for ages 10 to 14! We’ll continue building our skills to climb higher off the ground and learn more complicated tricks.

  • Youth Aerial Yoga

    Practice yoga in the air in this session designed for youth ages 10-14! We'll learn basic aerial skills and yoga poses as we practice breathing and slowing down our bodies. A fun and approachable way to introduce youth to aerial yoga!
