Pay what you are able for a variety of empowering, land-based classes! Our Pay-What-U-Can class formats, dates, and times will change every few months in hopes that we can continue to serve our community members who may have conflicts or commitments.
Price: $9.99–$30. Pay a little more to help keep this program going, pay a little less when you need a pick-me-up. We got you.
Memberships can still be used for these classes as well!

Pay-What-U-Can Contemporary Dance
Move your body through feel-good contemporary phrases that get the heart rate up. Expect floorwork, transitions, and connection with others in the room.
Mondays @ 5:30 p.m.

Pay-What-U-Can Yin Yoga
Yin yoga uses long-held passive poses (3-10 minutes) to target deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments. Rooted in classical Hatha traditions, it encourages stillness and deep release.
Thursdays @ 8:30 p.m.

Pay-What-U-Can Vinyasa Yoga
Practice more flow! This flowing yoga class will strengthen and stretch the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
Potential Benefits: calmer nervous system, increased mobility, and better posture.
