Pay what you are able for a variety of empowering, land-based classes! Our Pay-What-U-Can class formats, dates, and times will change every few months in hopes that we can continue to serve our community members who may have conflicts or commitments.

  • Student strike a dance pose on chairs

    Pay-What-U-Can Chair Dance

    Hip rolls and body waves and tracing, oh my! Practice smoothing out your moves in this fun, sexy dance class based on and around a chair. Suitable for all levels with feel good moves for every body!

    Knee pads and foot coverings are recommended but not required.

    Potential Benefits: shine like the star you are!

  • Students hold planks in mat pilates class

    Pay-What-U-Can Mat Pilates

    Stretch and strengthen your muscles in a safe, sustainable, and effective way! We'll focus on building core strength and stabilizing muscles while also working arms and legs. This class is suitable for all levels.

    Potential Benefits: increase strength, serotonin, endorphins, and glow!
