This advanced silks workshop will explore beats, drops, flips, flips, and rotations. We will find ways to harness momentum and use it to your advantage. Students should have experience with wheeldowns and feel comfortable working on drop sequences. Some experience taking dynamic sling is a plus, but not required! 

Prerequisite: some experience taking dynamic silks is a plus, but not required!
