Contemporary dance is a blend of styles from the classical (ballet, modern, jazz) to the current (hip hop, funk), all rolled into one explorative, inspiring dance.

Explore moving your body in a contemporary context. Classes will focus on movements that feel good, as well as phrases get the heart rate up. Expect a lot of class focus on transitioning in and out of the floor; and connecting with others in the room. 

Practice will culminate in a performance of your piece at the LIVE student showcases the weekend of October 31-November 2.

The theme is Beastly Shadows of Horror!
