We are committed to:
Being a safe, welcoming space to move and play
Hanging upside-down while trying to remember all your limbs is hard enough – you don’t need any extra judgment while you do it. We strive to create an environment where all students feel safe to challenge themselves, supported by top-of-the-line equipment and highly experienced instructors.
“I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and it has made a significant, positive emotional and physical impact on me. The instructors are extremely supportive and meet you at your level of ability. I’ve never been a particularly athletic person, but Fly Freak has helped me explore both my physical side while being creative.” – A Fly Freak student
Honoring everybody and every body
We don’t have a type. This is a place for every body – freedom to move, be, play and heal in a safe and inclusive space. All ages, all sizes, all colors, all shapes, all gender identities, all pronouns, all fitness levels, healing or healed, freak or non-freak – all are welcome exactly as they are. This space is for You.
We’re not into diet culture or body judgment. We’re into supporting you as you find joy and movement in the body you have today.
“There is no wrong way to have a body.” – Glenn Marla

Responsibility in our community
We believe it’s our job to provide an environment that is safe, inclusive and affirming – and we know that job is never done. We do our best to act with integrity, transparency and a commitment to our values. That means welcoming and trusting student feedback, working to make our studio more and more accessible, and staying aware of our environmental impact.
